Adding & Managing Dates
In this article, you will learn how to create individual dates, recurring events, and multi-day experiences so that your customers can book directly.
Note: Before you publish dates, you must have created a Booking Option (prices and capacities).
👉 How can I set my prices & capacities?
Adding New Dates and Editing Existing Ones
-
In your partner dashboard, go to My Offers and (depending on your specialization) to "My Courses," "My Experiences," "My Kits," or "My Tours."
-
Select your experience and click Edit.
-
Navigate to the Booking Options tab and click the Dates button.
-
Here you can edit and delete existing dates as well as add new ones.
The 4 Types of Dates in Detail
Depending on how you offer your experience on konfetti, four types of dates are available:
| Date Type | What does it mean? | Example |
| Public Date | Individuals or small groups book until the capacity is full. | An open pottery class on Tuesday evening. |
| Group Booking | The date is exclusive. Once a group books, the slot is blocked for others. | A private team event or a bachelor party. |
| Public or Group | Maximum flexibility: Whoever books first (an individual OR an exclusive group) decides the type of date. | Your Saturday slot: It either fills up with individual guests or a company books it exclusively. |
| Multiple dates class | A continuous course that takes place over several days. | A 3-day intensive barista course or a weekend retreat. |
Defining Date Details
Once you have chosen the type, fill in the key data:
-
Date & Time: Select the calendar day as well as the start and end time.
-
Available Tickets (Quota): How many spots do you want to release for this specific date? (For group bookings, the capacities you stored in the booking option will be applied).
-
Lead Time: Determine how many minutes or hours before the start online booking closes. This prevents extremely short-term bookings for which you have no preparation time.
-
Anytime? Here you can specify whether the date is tied to a fixed time or if customers can book flexibly, e.g., for self-guided city tours.
Saving Time with "Recurring Dates"
Does your course take place every Friday at 6:00 PM? Then you don't have to create each date individually.
Use the Recurring Event field:
-
Select the frequency (e.g., weekly).
-
Specify which days of the week the course takes place.
-
Set the end date (e.g., until the end of the year).
The system will automatically create all dates in your calendar.
Management Tips
-
Leaving dates empty? You can save a booking option without creating dates. The offer will be visible online but only bookable "on request." This significantly reduces visibility and booking probability!
-
Editing dates: In the date overview, you can delete or adjust individual dates at any time if something comes up.
-
Managing ticket quotas: This is best done via the Date Manager under "My Dates" in the left side menu. This gives you quick access to your schedule.
Everything set up?
Excellent! Your offer is now ready for the first bookings. Make sure to keep your dates and quotas up to date to avoid overbooking.
