      How to offer Experience kits? 

      1. Create your Experience kits like a course in the partner area. Here you will find a guide on how to create courses if needed.

      2. In step 1 “Basic Information” of the course creation in the “Event location” area, select the “Experience kits” field. This means that you do not need to enter an address and your Experience kits will be displayed in the search throughout Germany.

      3. In step 3 “Information Summary” of course editing, select that a product box is sent to the customer. With this setting, the customer must enter their shipping address for the product box when booking.

      4. By selecting the experience kit in step 1, it is not necessary to add dates. You only need to enter the price per box and the amount of boxes available in step 4 “Dates and prices”. 
      5. When booking, customers select the number of boxes and enter their shipping address. The boxes should be shipped as fast as possible.

      💡 Tips for Creating Experience Boxes


      Description:

      • Clearly specify which materials or ingredients the customer may need to procure themselves in addition to the contents of the box.
      • Provide an estimate of how long it takes to create the items or complete the “course.”

      Tags:

      • Event-related tags (Step 1 of course creation) such as “Christmas Party,” "Team Building," or “Summer Party” are not suitable for experience boxes.
      • Remove all event-related tags.

      Suitable Images:

      • A picture of the box and its contents.
      • A picture of the finished results.
      • A picture of the creation process.
