  3. Ticket prices

    a. Tiered pricing

1) What does default mean?

“Default” simply refers to the standard setting. It is the first booking option that is created.

2) Price settings

How to set up flat-rate & hybrid pricing:

  1. Open your course in the partner area and click “Edit course”.
  2. Navigate to the step “Booking options”.
  3. In the pricing model section, select the option “Per group”.

This means that your event will be charged per group instead of per person.

  4. In the next step, you can define group sizes and prices.

  5. If you would like to allow groups larger than the defined size, you can add additional participants with a price per person.

This option combines flat-rate pricing with individual participant pricing and therefore uses hybrid pricing.

3) Ticket prices

You can either set a standard price per person or use tiered pricing.

Here’s how to create tiered pricing:

1. Pricing settings – Create new pricing

a. Open your offer and go to step 4 “Pricing settings”.
You can find your offer under “My Offers”“My Courses” (“My Experiences”, “My Tours”, “My Kits”).

b. Create a new pricing model (e.g. Standard city tour pricing) and choose how many participants can attend your event at maximum.

3. Select pricing when creating dates

When you create new dates afterwards, you can simply select your created pricing model from the dropdown menu.

This allows you to store different pricing models for different dates or event variations.

Note for group bookings

Setting up group bookings now works as follows:

You define the minimum and maximum number of participants directly in the pricing settings — no longer in the date itself.

If you like, you can also add tiered pricing there.

These settings will then automatically apply to your group dates.

Good to know
  • You can create multiple pricing models for one event.
  • If you do not want to use tiered pricing, you can simply continue using a fixed price per person.

    Example:

    • 1–20 people → €50 per person

This is especially useful for public events where every participant pays the same price. In this case, you do not need to create additional pricing levels.

  • Additional pricing features such as group and package pricing will be added in the coming weeks.
