Deactivate or delete dates

If you can no longer or no longer wish to offer a date, you can simply deactivate or delete it.

Deactivate dates

💡 You can deactivate dates via the date manager or course editing. 

Via the dates manager — “My Dates”

  1. Go to your partner account.
  2. In the menu on the left you can find “My Dates”. You can filter by: 
    1. Course title
    2. Sold Out yes / no
    3. Start and End Date 
  3. In your date manager, you can not only add new dates, but also adjust dates, e.g. the number of available tickets, the gross price, etc. and you can deactivate dates. 
  4. To do so, click on the tick in the “ Enabled” column and the date will be disabled and can no longer be booked. You can also click in the box to reactivate the date. Don't forget to save here!

Via the course editing — “My Classes”

  1. Go to your partner account. 
  2. In the menu on the left, you can find “My Classes” and open the respective course via the “Edit” field. 
  3. Go to step 4 “Dates and prices”. 
  4. Here you can deactivate the different dates by using the slider. Don't forget to save here too.

You can also deactivate dates that already have bookings, e.g. if you have received additional bookings via your website and the course is fully booked. If you have to cancel your course, please note the procedure for canceling and rebooking. 


Delete dates

Via the course editing — “My Classes”

  1. Go to your partner account and “My Classes”. 
  2. Open the respective course via the “Edit” field

  3. Go to step 4 “Dates and prices” 

  4. Here you can delete the dates. Please note that this is only possible if you have not yet sold any tickets for this date!
