💡 If you don't know how to add dates to an existing course, please have a look here.
❗ When you add a new date, the default setting initially determines that the date is recurring on a weekly basis. You can adjust this as required under “This event is recurring”.
Single Public dates
- Select “Public Date”.
- Set the price per ticket and the number of tickets available, as well as the minimum advance period until when tickets can be booked (e.g. up to 3 days before the course date).
⏰ We recommend ending ticket sales 72 to 24 hours before the event. - Select the date as well as the start and end time.
- For the “This event is recurring” field, set the answer to “Does not repeat”.
It is not possible to set a minimum number of participants for public courses!
If you are unable to run a course due to too few participants, please inform both the customer and us by e-mail. We can offer the customer a rebooking or refund. You can find more information on how to handle rebookings and cancelations here.

Public date or group booking

- Select "Public date or group booking".
- Repeat step 2 as for a public date.
- Repeat step 2 to 4 as for a group booking.
- Specify whether the date is recurring or not.
Multi-date class
💡 If your course runs over several dates or different days.
- Select "Multiple dates class".
- Set the price per ticket and the number of tickets available, as well as the minimum advance period until when tickets can be booked (e.g. up to 3 days before the course date).
- Select the date as well as the start and end time.
- The first date is the main date and the second is always part of the series of dates.
- You can add another date for the series of dates using the “Add Dates” button. You can add as many additional dates as you need.
