A strong partner profile is more than a formality – it's your stage. It shows who you are, what makes your classes unique, and why people should book with you. The more complete and personal your profile is, the more trust you build with potential customers – and the more likely they are to book.
🔐 Step 1: Log in to the Partner Portal
Log in here to your partner portal.
If you're logging in for the first time, reset your password using “Forgot password?”. You can also use this option any time you've forgotten your password.
Once you're logged in, click the gear icon at the top right to access your User Settings, where you can update your email address and password.
💡 Tip: Use your real first and last name here – not your brand or business name.
🛠️ Step 2: Set Up Your Account
Navigate to “My Account” in the menu and complete your details. Most fields are pre-filled by our onboarding team – review and adjust them as needed.
Important fields to review or complete:
- Brand Name:
The name under which your events appear – usually your business or brand name.
👉 Mention this name several times in your profile description later. - Website:
Optional – enter your website URL if you have one. - Email:
Provide an email address where we can reliably reach you. This address will also be sent to the customer with the booking confirmation. - Phone:
Helps us reach you quickly if needed.
- Page title:
The title that appears on your public partner page, e.g., “Cooking with Tobi – Cooking Classes in Berlin.”
- Address:
Either your business address or the location of your classes. - Main language:
Choose your main language (German or English). Content will be automatically translated for customers.

Minimum and maximum number of participants per event. You can set the number of participants individually for each event later. - Specialization
Select the kind of events you will publish: Class, Experience, Tour, Kit. In this article you will find everything you need to know.

🧾 Description (visible on your partner page)
Tell your story and explain what makes your classes or events special. This is your chance to connect with potential customers.
Use the following structure for your description:
