What are DIY boxes?
DIY boxes are an attractive way to bring entertaining experiences to your customers' homes. Perfect for the Christmas season, for cozy evenings with friends and family.
Each box includes selected materials and instructions so that the customer can get started immediately and independently.

- Available at any time: You only have to set the price per box and the amount of boxes available and you are not limited to a specific date or location.
- Flexible: Customers can choose the day and start time for the experience and organize the event themselves at home. A course instructor is not required.
- Bookable throughout Germany: The boxes can be purchased by customers throughout Germany and even Austria, and are not limited to one location.
- Little effort for you: You don't have to prepare and run a workshop, just prepare the boxes and send them out after booking.
How to offer DIY boxes?

Create your DIY Box like a course in the partner area. Here you will find a guide on how to create courses if needed.

In step 1 “Basic Information” of the course creation in the “Event location” area, select the “Experience kits” field. This means that you do not need to enter an address and your DIY Box will be displayed in the search throughout Germany.

In step 3 “Information Summary” of course editing, select that a product box is sent to the customer. With this setting, the customer must enter their shipping address for the product box when booking.
- By selecting the experience kit in step 1, it is not necessary to add dates. You only need to enter the price per box and the amount of boxes available in step 4 “Dates and prices”.
- When booking, customers select the number of boxes and enter their shipping address. The boxes should be shipped as fast as possible.
