Faster & more transparent process for schedule changes
How it works

Go to your date manager in the partner area: “My Dates → Date manager” and find the date you want to reschedule.

Click on the arrow icon: 🔁

Provide a reason for the rebooking.

In the next step, select the new date using the calendar view.
- Confirm the transfer – all bookings will be moved automatically.
👉 This way, you save time and can handle schedule changes even more easily for all participants.
Please note: If a customer declines the rebooking, konfetti will still receive a 23.8% commission on the gross sales amount, as our work has already been done and additional bank fees will be incurred for the refund.
