New: Reschedule Entire Class Dates

Move a complete class date including all bookings in just one step – with a practical calendar view.

We’ve expanded the rescheduling feature for you: From now on, you can not only reschedule individual orders, but also entire class dates, including all bookings.

What’s new?

  • Reschedule entire class dates: If a class date can no longer take place, you can move the entire class including all orders in just one step.

  • Calendar view: During the process, you can see your full schedule and easily select the right new date.

How it works

  1. Go to your date manager in the partner area: “My Dates → Date manager” and find the date you want to reschedule.

  2. Click on the arrow icon: 🔁
     

  3. Provide a reason for the rebooking.

  4. In the next step, select the new date using the calendar view.

  5. Confirm the transfer – all bookings will be moved automatically.

👉 This way, you save time and can handle schedule changes even more easily for all participants.

Please note: If a customer declines the rebooking, konfetti will still receive a 23.8% commission on the gross sales amount, as our work has already been done and additional bank fees will be incurred for the refund.
