New: Tiered Pricing

You can now set up tiered pricing for your events! This allows you to flexibly adjust the price per person depending on the number of participants.

🔧 How it works

  1. Price settings – Create new pricing

    1. Open your offer and go to Step 4: Pricing.
      You’ll find your offer under the tab “My Offers” → “My Courses”
      (“My Experiences”, “My Tours”, or “My Kits”).

    2. Create a new pricing model (e.g. Standard City Tour) and define how many participants can take part in your event.


  2. Add tiered prices
    In the next step, you can define different pricing tiers – for example:

    • 1 – 10 participants → €50 per person

    • 11 – 20 participants → €48 per person

    The price will automatically adjust based on the group size.

  3. Select your pricing model when adding dates
    When you add new event dates, you can simply select your pricing model from the dropdown menu.



    👉 This way, you can set up different pricing models for various dates or event types.

❗ Note on Group Bookings

Setting up group bookings works a little differently now:
You define the minimum and maximum number of participants directly in the pricing section, not in the event date. If you like, you can also add tiered prices there.

These settings are then automatically applied to your group dates.


💡 Good to know

  • You can create multiple pricing models for a single event.

  • If you don’t want to use tiered pricing, you can still set a fixed price per person as before. Simply create one price tier, for example:

    • 1 – 20 participants → €50 per person

    This is especially useful for public events, where every participant pays the same price. Everything will continue to work as usual – no need to add multiple tiers.
