Our Departments

Besides Tech and Marketing, our team consists of the Onboarding Team, Private Events Team, and the Account Management Team.

1. The Onboarding Team supports you during your first 30 days and helps you get started.
2. After that, your long-term point of contact changes to the Account Management Team. Each team member manages a different main category, such as painting, cooking, cocktails, etc.
3. In addition, the Private Events Team (PE) forwards larger private group inquiries to you via email.
