 1) Our Vouchers

Customers receive their vouchers digitally by email. They can also select the postal delivery option and receive a printed voucher card by mail.

Customers receive a voucher code that can be redeemed directly on the platform for eligible experiences.

Printed Voucher Card

  

For special occasions, customers can choose a physical voucher card, which is sent by post and includes the voucher code for redemption.

 

 2) Vouchers on Our Platform

Customers can purchase konfetti vouchers on our platform with an individual voucher value of up to €200. These vouchers can either be given as a gift or used by the purchaser.

With a voucher, customers can book tickets for any class available on our platform (subject to availability). All vouchers are valid for 3 years.

Important: A voucher is not a ticket and does not automatically grant participation in a class. The voucher must first be redeemed when making a booking for a specific experience.

 

 

 3) Vouchers Through Your Booking Solution

If vouchers are purchased through your booking solution, they can be redeemed exclusively for your classes and only through your booking solution.

The voucher amount will be paid out to you at the beginning of the following month after purchase.

Vouchers purchased through your booking solution are also valid for 3 years.

How to set up vouchers:

  1. Open your Partner Profile.
  2. Go to "Coupons".

 

 4) Redeeming a Voucher

Only a purchased ticket grants participation in a class. This means that vouchers purchased through the booking solution must first be redeemed for a ticket.

If a customer arrives with a voucher but without a ticket for your class, they are not entitled to participate.

If circumstances allow and the voucher value matches the class price, you may still choose to accommodate the customer. To redeem the voucher, you have two options:

  1. Create a ticket on-site or set up a class date that the customer can book using their voucher. This ensures the booking is recorded in the system and that you receive the payout.
  2. Contact us afterward, and we can redeem the voucher manually and record the booking for you, ensuring that you receive the payout.

Important: A customer may occasionally arrive with an expired or already redeemed voucher. If you allow participation and it is later determined that the voucher was invalid, no payout can be issued for that participant.
