Here you will find information about our waitlist.


How does the waitlist work? 

Customers who sign up for the waitlist are interested in taking part in your courses, but you currently have no available dates or the dates do not suit them. If they don't want to request a specific date via the date request, they can simply add themselves to the waitlist and will be contacted by email as soon as you publish a new date. 


This feature is not only a practical tool for our customers, but also interesting for you. Your waiting list can give you an indication of how many people are interested in your course and be an incentive to add new dates. 


Customers will continue to receive emails when you add new dates. If they don't want to receive any more reminders, they can unsubscribe from the emails. 


Where can I find my waitlist?

You can view your waitlist in the partner portal on the “Waitlist and Requests” page (side menu).

You can see how many people are on the waitlist for your course.

And you can also add dates directly via the waitlist. This works in the same way as “Add dates to an existing course”.
