Vouchers on our platform
Customers can buy konfetti vouchers with an individual value up to €200 on our platform. These vouchers can be used as a gift or for personal use.
With a voucher, customers can book tickets for any workshop on our platform (if dates are available). Vouchers are valid for 3 years.
❗Please note that a voucher is not a ticket, and only a ticket allows a customer to participate in your course!
Vouchers via your booking solution
If vouchers are bought via your booking solution, they can only be redeemed for your courses and only via your booking solution!
The voucher will be paid out to you directly at the beginning of the month following the month of the purchase.
Vouchers purchased via your booking solution are also valid for 3 years.
Redeeming a voucher
Only a ticket allows a customer to participate in your course! This means that vouchers must be redeemed when a ticket is booked.
If a customer arrives at your course with a voucher and without a ticket, they are not entitled to take part in your course.
If it fits spontaneously and the voucher value matches the course price, you can of course let the customer take part. There are then two options for redeeming the voucher:
- You can activate a ticket on site or set up a date that the customer can book with their voucher so that you have the booking in the system and receive the payment.
- You can let us know afterwards, and we will redeem the voucher and add the booking to your account so that you receive the payment.
Please note: It is of course possible that a customer may come to you with an expired or already redeemed voucher. If you allow a customer to take part in your course with a voucher, and we realize afterwards that the voucher is invalid, you will not receive any payment for this participant.
