How can I view and manage my bookings?

You can check your bookings in various ways on our partner portal. Learn here how to do it.


💡 When you receive a booking, you will immediately receive an email with all the information you need.
If a product package needs to be shipped, you will also receive the shipping address(es) in the e-mail. 

Manage your booking via "My Sales"

  1. Click on “My Sales” in the menu on the left in the partner portal.
  2. The orders overview will open. You can filter this by:
    1. Customer name
    2. Title of the event
    3. Date of creation
    4. Source of sale (konfetti or booking solution on your website)
    5. Start/end date of the event
    6. Sales status

  3. Open an order via "View Order Details". 
  4. On the order page you will find all the important information about the order, including the customer's general details and information about the course sold (e.g. name, date, number of participants).

Check your bookings in the dashboard

  1. Go to the dashboard in the partner portal and go to the bottom of the dashboard page.

  2. Here you will see the last orders and can also view the order details by clicking on “View Order Details”.
  3. The order page will pop up as above.
