Positive reviews bring some advantages for you:
- Your courses will be listed higher on konfetti. The visibility of your courses will increase.
- The reviews provide you with valuable feedback from your customers, which helps you to further optimize your courses.
- Positive reviews can motivate other customers to book your course.
How do I get positive reviews?
- Ask proactively: Proactively ask participants to leave a positive review for your course. It is best to let them know that a good review will help you.
- Positive reviews based on fulfilled expectations: During the event, the focus is on providing customers with an unforgettable experience. The guests' expectations are based on your course description, so it is important to fulfill the promises made in it.
💡 Participants who rate your course will receive a 15 euro discount voucher for their next booking via konfetti as an incentive. Participants will receive an email after your course.
Where can I find my reviews?
If your course receives a review, this will be shown on the course page under your course description. Participants can rate your course with 0 to 5 stars and write a short text about their experience.
You can also find your reviews in the partner portal in “My reviews”.
How are reviews managed by konfetti?
- Helpful reviews in the spotlight: To optimize the user experience, we prominently display the most helpful and positive reviews.
- Highlighting specific reviews: Due to the diversity of preferences, we keep certain reviews in a prominent position. Whether it's a product with an overall high rating or a service with specific features, we want to make relevant information easily accessible.
- Individual management of reviews: Each review is closely checked and feedback is handled individually depending on the type of comment.
Can I respond to reviews?
If you think a review is unjustified, simply get in touch with your contact person at konfetti. If, for example, three 5-star ratings and one 1-star rating have been given for an event date of your course, contact us and let us know what went wrong.
If we receive a strongly negative and unfair rating, it will automatically be marked as “hidden”. This means that it will be temporarily stored in the back office only and will not be displayed on your course page.
