How do I make the settings for my specialization?

General settings for customizing your partner area

You can select your main specialization, which applies to all or at least the majority of your offers. This setting affects the wording in your partner area.

  1. In your partner area, go to “My account” on the left side menu.
  2. In the first tab “Account setup” you can select the specialization via the drop-down menu.

  3. Save your changes and you're done. 🎉
  4. It may be necessary to refresh the page afterward or log in again for the changes to be displayed.

Individualization of your offer

When you create a new offer, you can select the specialization for this offer individually, even if it does not correspond to your main specialization. This ensures that you remain flexible with your offer. You select the specialization for a new offer via the drop-down menu at the top right.

❗Please note that the specialization can no longer be changed after the offer has been created.

What changes result from the specialization?

Changes in your partner area

Depending on the main specialization, we individualize the wording in your partner area - for even better user-friendliness.

Changes to your event creation

Depending on the offer specialization, we adapt the process and the steps of event creation to make it even faster, less complicated and more user-friendly.

For example, you no longer need to enter the location for a kit, but you do need to enter the shipping details.

You can add new offers via the “My offers” section in the left-hand side menu of your partner area.

  1. In your partner area, go to “My offers” and then to “My courses”, “My experiences”, “My kits” or “My tours”, depending on your specialization.
  2. Go to “+ New course” (or “+ New experience”, “+ New kit”, “+ New tour”, depending on your specialization)
  3. Depending on your choice of specialization, the event creation will be adapted accordingly. For detailed instructions, please refer to the corresponding Help Center article:
