      Bank and invoice data

      To ensure that your payment is made on time, it is important that you provide us with your bank details and billing information and set up your Stripe account.

      1. Log in to your partner account 
      2. Enter your billing and financial data 
      3. Set up your Stripe account 
      4. Save your changes 

      Step 1: Log in to your partner account

      First, log in to the partner account with your login details. If you don't have a password yet, you can click on “Forgot password” and enter your e-mail address. You will then receive an e-mail with instructions on how to reset your password.

      Step 2: Enter your billing and financial data 

      To enter your bank and invoice details, click on the gear wheel in the top right corner and then on “Account setup”. There you will see the section “Invoice and Financial” with the following empty fields: 

      • Enter the legal company name, your billing address, your VAT identification number and your tax number. Please note that a VAT identification number or a tax number must be entered!

      • Are you exempt from VAT in accordance with the regulations for small businesses pursuant to §19 UStG, pursuant to §4 UStG or for other reasons?

        • Fill in the 3 fields with “Yes” or “No”. These fields are required.

      • Enter the name of your bank, the full name of the bank account holder, IBAN and BIC.
      • You can also change the payment frequency to bi-weekly, which increases the commission by 2% gross to a total of 25.8% gross per booking.


      We need this information in order to provide you with the credit note as part of the payment. You can find it in the “My invoices” section and download it there for your tax or private documents. 


      Step 3: Set up your Stripe account

      The payout to you will be made via Stripe from July 2024. You need to set up your Stripe account for this. You can also do this via the “Invoice and Financial” tab. For more information, take a look at our article Invoicing and payment. 


      Step 4: Save your changes

      In the last step, scroll all the way down and click on “Save changes”.

      Now everything is ready for your future payouts. 🎉
