Ensure your payouts are timely and correct – in just a few easy steps.
To receive your payouts smoothly and on time, we need some key information from you – including your billing details, bank account, and Stripe account setup.
Here’s how to do it step by step:
🔐 Step 1: Log in to Your Partner Account
Log in here to the partner portal.
If you haven’t set a password yet, click “Forgot password?” and enter your email address. You’ll receive a link to set a new password.
🧾 Step 2: Enter Your Billing and Bank Information
Go on “My Account” and navigate to the tab “Invoices & Finance” tab.
There, you can enter the following information:
Billing Information

Company Name
Your registered company or billing name (e.g., GmbH/UG/GbR) -
Billing Address
The address that will appear on your payout statements -
VAT ID (optional if exempt)
If you are subject to VAT, enter your VAT ID here. If you are VAT-exempt, you can leave this blank after confirming your exemption. -
Tax Number
This is required in all cases
VAT Exemption Status
Indicate if you are VAT-exempt by toggling the applicable options:

Exempt under §19 UStG (small business regulation)

Exempt under §4 UStG

Other VAT exemptions
👉 If any of these are set to “Yes”, the VAT ID field becomes optional.

Payout Frequency
By default, payouts are issued monthly.
You can choose to switch to a biweekly payout schedule.
🔁 Note: If selected, the commission increases by 2% to 25.8% gross.
💾 Save Your Changes
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Save changes”.
Only after saving will your data be processed and the Stripe setup button become active.
🔄 Step 3: Set Up Your Stripe Account
Once all required fields are completed, the “Set up Stripe account” button will be activated at the top of the page.
Click the button to be redirected to Stripe, where you can complete your payout account setup in just a few minutes.
