You’re using a booking tool like Travelmanager or Bokun? Great! You can connect your system directly to konfetti through our API integration.

This means we’ll automatically synchronize your available dates and ticket capacities – so you can say goodbye to manual updates and hello to more efficiency.

What is an API?

An API (Application Programming Interface) is like a digital bridge between two systems. In our case, your booking software and the konfetti platform "talk" to each other – automatically, securely, and in real time.

How often are events synchronized?

Event dates and ticket availability are synchronized once per day – always in the morning. So if you add new dates or tickets to your booking system at 1 PM, they’ll be available on konfetti the following morning.

But no worries about overbooking! During the booking process, we check availability via the API in real time (both dates and tickets). If the availability check fails, the booking is automatically cancelled before it's completed.

Which tools do we currently support?

At the moment, you can connect konfetti with:

  • Travelmanager (via the OCTO standard)

  • Bokun

More integrations are on our roadmap. If you’re using a different system, just reach out – a connection might already be possible.
