What are promotions?
With promotions, you can give a discount on your tickets and lower your course prices for a limited time.
Why should you use this new feature?
- Seasonal offers (such as Valentine's Day, Easter, Christmas, etc.)
- For new openings or anniversaries
- To attract customers
- To fill the last course places
- To increase the visibility of your courses, as customers can now also filter for promotions on our platform
💡 Please note: Promotions can only be created for courses that have not had a price increase or other offer in the last 30 days.
How can I set up promotions?
You can now find the “Promotions” section as a separate menu item in your partner area.
- Log in to your partner area.
- Go to “Promotions” on the left side menu. Here, you can also edit and delete your existing promotions at any time.
- Click on “+ Create Promotion” to add a new offer.
- Fill in all fields:
- Define a name for your promotion.
- Select the events to which the discount should apply. You can also select multiple events.
- Set the discount in %. We recommend at least a 20% discount.
- Select the start date from which the discount will apply.
- Select the run time of your discount promotion.
💡 You can also end the discount promotion early if you wish.
- Save your settings. Done! 🎉
How are promotions displayed on gokonfetti.com?
Course overview
Promotions are displayed in the course overview, with the discounted price and the note “Sale”. Customers can now also filter for events with promotions.
Course page
The reduced price is also displayed on the respective course page with the note “Sale”.
