The **Starter, Professional and Enterprise** plans can be cancelled **monthly**, with no minimum contract term. If you choose an **annual plan**, you can cancel it **at the end of the annual term**. What happens if a customer wants to cancel or reschedule? For regular website bookings, the decision is yours: You decide whether to accept a cancellation or rescheduling request. Under our cancellation terms, customers are not generally entitled to cancel. Which cancellation terms apply to private events? The following conditions apply to private events booked through our sales team: - **90 days or more before the event:** free cancellation, 100% refund - **30–89 days before the event:** 50% refund - **14–29 days before the event:** 25% refund - **Less than 14 days before the event:** 0% refund konfetti's commission applies proportionally to the amount retained. What happens if I cancel an event myself? If you cancel a scheduled event or the customer declines a rescheduling option proposed by you, konfetti will still receive a 20% net commission on the gross sales amount. konfetti's work and marketing costs have already been incurred at this point, and additional bank fees apply to the refund. How and when will I be paid? As standard, partners receive a credit note and direct payout **within the first five business days of the following month after the service has taken place**. If you prefer faster payouts, you can choose the optional twice-monthly payout schedule. You will then be paid twice per month. For this option, the commission increases by 2 net percentage points. What do I need to set up for payouts? To receive payouts, you only need to enter your bank and billing details once and connect your Stripe account to konfetti. The setup is straightforward, takes just a few minutes and guides you through every step. Payments are then processed securely through Stripe. State-of-the-art security standards protect your payment details, and your money is transferred reliably and directly to your registered bank account.
