Problems with logging in to the partner portal

Do you have problems with your login? Here you will find a short checklist to help you.


  1. URL: The login to your account on our website gokonfetti.com is not the correct way to access the partner area. Please use the link above for the correct login. 
  2. Password: Is your password correct? You can reset it at any time via “Forgot your password?” and set a new password. 
  3. E-mail address: Did you enter several e-mail addresses when you registered? We have also sent the welcome email to the email address you entered in your profile.
    We can change the e-mail address stored in your profile at any time if you like.

  4. Browser: Sometimes it is also due to the browser that the page does not load correctly. In the last step, please try a different browser, e.g., Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari, etc.
