New: Shipping costs for product and experience boxes

You can now show your shipping costs separately to ensure transparent pricing.

If you offer an experience box or send a product box to customers in relation to your workshop, the shipping costs previously had to be included in the course price.

From now on, you can show the shipping costs separately and also differentiate between shipping to Germany and Austria.

This allows you to make your prices more flexible and, above all, more transparent.

The customer enters their delivery address during the payment process and the shipping costs are then displayed and added to the course price.


You can set your shipping costs as follows

  1. Go to your partner area and click on “My Classes” in the menu on the left.

  2. Open the relevant course via the “Edit” field.

  3. Go to step 3 “Information Summary” and select to send a product box to the customer. If you are sending products for which the customer must be over 18, please also select this setting.

  4. Save your settings and continue to step 4 “Dates and prices”.

  5. Enter the shipping costs for Germany and Austria and, if necessary, adjust your course price if the shipping costs were previously included in the course price.

  6. Save and you're done. :)
