Our new event status gives you an optimal overview of your events. Find out here which statuses are available and the meaning behind them.
Where can I find the event status?
- You can find the event status in your course overview under the menu item “My Classes”.
- The event status is also shown in each event. To see this, open the event using the “Edit” button. The status is located directly next to the course title.
What statuses are there and what do they indicate?
When you add a new course, it is initially saved as a draft. The course has not yet been published and is still being created. You can continue editing at any time.
Only when you finish editing and release the course, it will be checked and published by us. Here you can find out how to publish a course.
The course will be reviewed by the konfetti team. If necessary, we may optimize some details from a marketing perspective to present your offer in the best possible way.
For this status, there are two scenarios:
- You have created a new course, which will then be reviewed and approved by us. Here you can read how to publish a new course.
- You make changes to an already published course. These changes will also be reviewed and approved by us.
Courses with the status “Live” have been reviewed, approved, and published on our platform. Courses with this status can be booked or requested.
These courses have the status “Published (after approval)” but have not yet been made live on our platform. This could be, for example, because we are still waiting for your final approval. If a course has this status and is ready to be published on your end, feel free to let us know.
You can still find this course in your partner area and reactivate it at any time, for example, if you only want to pause the course.
Learn here how to delete a course.
How can I publish a course?
Once you have completed creating your course, you can change the course status from “Draft” to “Published (after approval).” This will submit the course to our system for approval, and after a brief review, it will be published on our platform.
After publication, the course status will change from “Draft” to “Live.”
You can change the course status at the end of the course creation process by clicking “Save & Publish.”
Alternatively, you can change the course status at any time in the top bar of the course editing page. Don’t forget to save your changes afterward by clicking “Save & Continue.”
How can I delete a course?
If you no longer wish to offer a course, change its status in the course editing page to “Canceled” and save your changes. This will deactivate the course, making it unavailable for booking.
Afterward, please send us a brief email at partner@gokonfetti.com to let us know, so we can permanently delete the course from the system.
Please note: only the konfetti team is authorized to delete courses.
If you might want to offer the course again in the future, feel free to keep it in your partner area with the status “Offline.” This way, you can reactivate and republish it anytime.
If you currently cannot offer any dates for your course, we recommend keeping the course online. This allows customers to request dates, for example, for a bachelor party, and ensures that the course retains its visibility without losing reach, which would have to be rebuilt if deactivated.
