Collecting reviews In your Partner Account, you can find your personal QR code and review link. You can use them in several ways: - **Show it directly on your phone:** Let participants scan the QR code and leave a review immediately after the event. - **Share it via WhatsApp, social media, or email:** Send the review link to participants through your preferred communication channels. - **Print and display it prominently:** Print the QR code and place it in your workshop space, at the entrance, or on a table so participants can easily scan it. The easier you make the process, the more reviews you are likely to receive.  ![](https://partner.gokonfetti.com/hubfs/Screenshot%202025-07-04%20123627.jpg)  Why are reviews important? - **More reviews = more trust = more bookings** Every review makes your event more attractive to future customers and can increase conversion rates. - **Build credibility** Reviews are an important factor in the decision-making process. A larger number of positive reviews helps establish trust and encourages new participants to book your events.   ---   ####  2. Responding to reviews Why should you respond to reviews? Responding to reviews helps you answer questions, clarify misunderstandings, and strengthen your presence on your event page. It also shows potential customers that you value participant feedback and actively engage with your community. How to respond to reviews 1. Log in to your **konfetti Partner Account**. 2. Open **“My Reviews”** in the left-hand navigation menu. 3. Expand the section and click **“Reviews.”** 4. You will see an overview of all reviews. 5. Click the **eye icon (“View & Reply”)** next to the review. 6.
