1. Collecting reviews
In your Partner Account, you can find your personal QR code and review link. You can use them in several ways:
- Show it directly on your phone: Let participants scan the QR code and leave a review immediately after the event.
- Share it via WhatsApp, social media, or email: Send the review link to participants through your preferred communication channels.
- Print and display it prominently: Print the QR code and place it in your workshop space, at the entrance, or on a table so participants can easily scan it.
The easier you make the process, the more reviews you are likely to receive.
Why are reviews important?

2. Responding to reviews
Why should you respond to reviews?
Responding to reviews helps you answer questions, clarify misunderstandings, and strengthen your presence on your event page. It also shows potential customers that you value participant feedback and actively engage with your community.
How to respond to reviews
- Log in to your konfetti Partner Account.
- Open “My Reviews” in the left-hand navigation menu.
- Expand the section and click “Reviews.”
- You will see an overview of all reviews.
- Click the eye icon (“View & Reply”) next to the review.
- Write your response and publish it.
Important notes
- Your response is publicly visible on the event page.
- You can thank participants or respond directly to their feedback.
- Even short responses can leave a positive impression on potential customers.
- Professional and friendly replies help strengthen trust in your events and brand.
