1) What are promotional campaigns?
With promotional campaigns, you can offer a discount on your tickets and temporarily reduce your course prices.
Why should you use this new feature?
- Seasonal promotions (e.g. Valentine’s Day, Easter, Christmas, etc.)
- For new openings or anniversaries
- To attract new customers
- To fill the last available spots in your courses
- To increase the visibility of your courses, as customers can specifically filter for promotions on our platform
Please note: Promotional campaigns can only be created for courses that have not had a price increase or another promotion within the last 30 days.
2) How can I set up promotional campaigns?
You can now find the “Promotional Campaigns” section as a separate menu item in your partner area.
- Log in to your partner account.
- In the left-side menu, go to “Marketing → Promotional Campaigns.”
There, you can edit or delete your existing campaigns at any time. - Click on “+ Create Promotion” to add a new offer.

Fill in all required fields:
a. Choose a name for your promotional campaign.
b. Select the events for which the discount should apply. You can also select multiple events.
c. Set the discount percentage. We recommend offering at least a 20% discount.
d. Choose the start date from which the discount should apply.
e. Select the duration of your promotion.
→ You can also end your promotion early if needed. - Save your settings. Done!
3) How are promotional campaigns displayed on gokonfetti.com?
Course Overview
Promotional campaigns are displayed directly in the course overview with the discounted price and a “Sale” label. Customers can also filter specifically for events with promotional offers on the platform.

Course Page
The reduced price together with the “Sale” label is also displayed on the respective course page.
