 1) How Does the Waitlist Work?

Customers who join the waitlist are interested in attending your classes but either:

  • There are currently no available dates, or
  • The existing dates do not fit their schedule.

If customers cannot submit a specific date request through the date request feature, they can simply join the waitlist and will be notified by email as soon as you publish a new date.

The waitlist is not only a useful tool for customers—it also provides valuable insights for you as a partner.

By reviewing your waitlist, you can see how many people are interested in a particular class, helping you identify demand and decide when to create additional dates.

Customers will continue to receive notifications whenever new dates are added. If they no longer wish to receive these updates, they can unsubscribe from the email notifications at any time.

 


 

 2) Where Can I Find the Waitlist?

You can view your waitlist in the Partner Portal under "Waitlist and Date Requests".

 

 

There you can:

  • See how many customers are currently on the waitlist for each class.
      
  • Review customer interest for specific experiences.
  • Monitor demand for upcoming classes.

You can also create new dates directly from the waitlist page.

 

  

This process works the same way as adding new dates to an existing class. Once a new date is published, customers on the waitlist will automatically be notified and can proceed with booking.
