With the upselling feature, you can easily extend existing bookings. This is especially helpful if additional participants want to join after the initial booking. Instead of creating a new order, you can simply add extra tickets to the existing booking.
The customer will automatically receive a payment link to pay for the additional spots. Once the payment is completed, the order is updated automatically.
How to use the upselling feature:
1. Open orders in the partner portal
Go to “My Orders” in the partner portal.
2. Select an order
Find the booking you want to extend and click the eye icon to open the order details.
3. Start upselling
In the order view, click on the three dots in the top right corner.
Then select “Upselling”.
4. Add additional tickets
Enter the number of additional tickets and set the price.
The customer will automatically receive a payment link to complete the purchase.
