Real-time synchronization of dates and availabilities
1) What Is an API?
An API (Application Programming Interface) is essentially an interface through which two systems communicate with each other. In our case, your booking software and the konfetti system communicate with one another – automatically, securely, and in real time.
2) What Are the Benefits of the API Integration?
In short: less work, more control.
Here are the advantages at a glance:
- Automatic synchronization of your dates and ticket capacities
- Fewer sources of error because everything runs centrally
- More bookings because your availabilities are always up to date
3) How Often Are Dates Synchronized?
The synchronization of dates and ticket capacities takes place once per day (every morning).
So if you add new dates or tickets to your booking system at 1 PM, they will be available on konfetti the following morning.
But don’t worry about overbookings: During the booking process, we check availability via the API (dates and tickets) and stop the booking process if availability is no longer valid.
You can currently connect with konfetti if you use one of the following systems:
- TrekkSoft (via the industry standard OCTO)
- Bokun
- Bookingkit
- Regiondo
Additional systems are already being planned. If you use another tool, feel free to contact us – integration may already be possible.
Bokun – API Integration
How to Connect Bokun with konfetti
- Add us as a reseller in your Bokun dashboard.
- Enable the products in the contract that should be sold via konfetti.
- We are happy to create the offers on konfetti for you.
- We automatically synchronize all dates and availabilities.
- Set up Stripe – billing and all payouts for konfetti bookings continue to run through Stripe as usual.
Commission
With a Bokun integration, the commission is:
- 30% for all digital offers (gross incl. external fees)
- 26% for all other offers (gross incl. external fees)
The reason for this is additional fees incurred through Bokun.
How Do You Manage Your Availabilities?
By default, you manage all dates, capacities, and availabilities directly in Bokun.
This data is automatically transferred to konfetti.
If you would like to hide or deactivate individual dates only on konfetti, you can still do that:
- Go to your partner area under “My Dates” → “Date Manager”
- Deactivate the desired date there
Travelmanager – API Integration
How to Connect Travelmanager with konfetti
- Add us as a reseller in your Travelmanager dashboard.

b. Your event IDs so we can correctly map the events - We are happy to create the offers on konfetti for you.
- We automatically synchronize all dates and availabilities.
- Set up Stripe – billing and all payouts for konfetti bookings continue to run through Stripe as usual.
Commission
With a Travelmanager integration, the commission is 23.8% (gross, incl. external provider fees).
The fee structure remains transparent for you – there are no hidden additional costs.
How Do You Manage Your Availabilities?
In general, you manage all availabilities directly in Travelmanager.
All stored dates, times, and ticket contingents are automatically transferred to konfetti.
If you would like to hide or deactivate individual dates only on konfetti, you can still do that:
- Go to your partner area under “My Dates” → “Date Manager”
- Deactivate the desired date there

If you would like to deactivate or hide an individual date only on konfetti:
- Go to your partner area under “My Dates” → “Date Manager”
- Deactivate the desired date there
Regiondo – API Integration
How to Connect Regiondo with konfetti
- Add konfetti as a reseller in the Regiondo Channel Manager:
- Open the Channel Manager
- Search for “konfetti GmbH”
- Enable the desired products
- Send us your reference ID (your supplier ID in Regiondo).
You can find this in your account settings. - We are happy to create the offers on konfetti for you.
- We automatically synchronize all dates and availabilities.
- Set up Stripe – billing and all payouts for konfetti bookings continue to run through Stripe as usual.
Commission
With a Regiondo integration, the commission is 23.8% (gross, incl. external provider fees).
How Do You Manage Your Availabilities?
By default, you manage all availabilities, prices, and dates directly in Regiondo.
This data is automatically synchronized with konfetti.
If you would like to deactivate an individual date only on konfetti:
- Go to your partner area under “My Dates” → “Date Manager”
- Deactivate the desired date there
5) How Does the Integration Process Work?
Since every system and every provider structure is slightly different, we review each setup individually.
