      We answer all your questions about private and team events here.

      What happens after a request for a group event?

      1. We contact the customer and collect all the necessary information.
      2. We contact suitable partners and ask about available capacities.
      3. In coordination with the partner, we prepare the best possible offer(s).
      4. We will inform you whether the customer accepts or rejects the offer.
      5. At least 14 days before the event, we will send you and the customer an e-mail so that you can contact each other to prepare the course.

      During this process, we will always be in contact with you and keep you informed.

      What is our cancellation policy?

      • 90 days or more before the event = free cancellation
      • 31 to 89 days before the event = 50% refund to the customer
      • 15 to 30 days before the event = 25% refund to the customer
      • 14 days or more before the event = 0% refund to the customer

      Can I also receive group event requests without being a partner?

      That is not possible. We prioritize our partners for our requests. So if you are not yet a partner, fill in the partner form and become part of the konfetti community.

      What types of private group requests do we receive?

      We receive requests from small private groups, such as bachelor parties, but also from larger companies who want to organize a team event.
      So we have a wide range of event requests that we can contact you with.

      Can I check the private group requests and sales in my partner account?

      Exactly, you can indeed. You will also find all the relevant information there, such as the contact details of the customer.

      Do you send the requests to other partners as well, or just to me?

      In most cases, we do indeed send the request to all suitable partners. However, you can increase your chances of realizing the request by answering us reliably and sending us a suitable offer.

      Is it possible to organize more than one private event in one day?

      If your capacities allow, you can of course handle several private requests in one day. The only important thing is that the quality of the course does not suffer.
