What is the difference between a Starter, Professional or Enterprise plan?
We offer you a suitable package based on your needs and the size of your company. You can find the packages in detail here.
The number of courses you can upload to konfetti varies depending on the package you choose. Depending on the package, you also have various functions at your disposal that you can implement both on your own website and in the software for managing your dates.

Why is the Professional package so popular?
With the Professional plan, you have more flexibility in the number of courses you can add. All the functions of the Starter plan, such as the e-mail functions and the booking customization options, are available to you in the Professional plan. The communication module also gives you the opportunity to get in direct contact with your customers.
Does the commission change depending on the package?
The commission is identical for all packages. It only differs depending on the sales channel:
- Bookings made on gokonfetti.com are charged a commission of 23.8% gross on each successful booking.
- Bookings made via the booking solution on your own website are charged a commission of 5.95% on each successful booking.
What is the communication module?
With the communication module, you can easily contact your customers from your own partner account.
The communication module is available from the Professional package and above.
How can I personalize my e-mail design?
Personalization of emails and vouchers is possible from the Starter package and above.
You can customize the design in your partner portal:
- Go to your account settings: Gear wheel top right → Account setup.
- Go to the “Konfetti solutions” tab.
- At the bottom, you will find the item “Customize your embedded emails”.

Here you can personalize the tickets and vouchers sent by email. You can change the title, add a personalized text as a subtitle, display your website, email address and phone number. You can also embed your company logo.
