Answer three questions at a glance
Where can I find my partner profile?
You can find your partner profile in the partner area under “My Account”.
What is the Page Title and how should it be structured?
The Page Title is the title of your partner page. It briefly describes who you are, what experience you offer and where it takes place. Recommended format:
Brand name: Experience in city, e.g. “die Krake: Cocktail classes in Munich”.
How to make your profile convincing
- Add your contact and company details
- Set your Page Title
- Write your profile description
- Upload a logo or profile picture
Avoid generic statements. Be specific about the experience, venue or method that makes you stand out.
Set it up once. Get paid smoothly.
Your financial details are the basis for selling
- Enter your billing details
- Set up your payout account
How do payouts work?
You’ll receive your payout monthly, during the first working days of the month following the date your experience takes place. For an event in September, the payout is made at the beginning of October.
Where can I find my statements?
We upload your statement as a PDF under “My Invoices”.
How does billing customers work?
We take care of that. The customer pays when booking, before the event. The payment is initially made to us, so we also issue the customer’s invoice.

Dates turn interest into bookings.
Even if you offer dates, customers can still send individual requests for private groups, hen or stag parties, and corporate events.
In the Date Manager under “My Dates”, you can manage capacities in just a few clicks.
Plan your dates with sales in mind
Offer dates regularly
Reliable, recurring slots work better than isolated, irregular dates.
Plan ahead
Many customers plan several weeks in advance.
Keep them up to date
Update capacities, exceptions and sold-out dates promptly.
Plan for groups
Additional options for private groups and companies create more revenue potential.

How date requests work
Respond to the request
You’ll receive an email and can accept the request, decline it or suggest an alternative. When you accept, the settings from the booking option, such as the number of participants, are applied. For special cases, you can create a separate option.
Exclusive for 48 hours
The confirmed date is reserved exclusively for the customer for 48 hours. After that, it becomes publicly bookable.
Date added automatically
You’ll find the date under “My Dates” in the Date Manager, where you can deactivate it at any time if you can no longer offer it.
