Add services or products to your courses that customers can book as an additional option to your course.

💡 Add-ons can only be booked if dates are available!
When creating the add-on, you can specify whether it should be bookable for public and/or group dates.
You also specify the minimum number of tickets from which the add-on can be booked, e.g. only for bookings of 5 people or more.
What are Add-ons?
Add-ons are additional services or products that customers can optionally book in addition to your course offering.
Possible examples:
- A food pairing for a wine tasting
- A drinks package for a cooking course
- A brewery tour for a beer tasting
- An extension package
How can I create add-ons?
Via the “add-ons” section in the side menu
- In your partner account, you will find the “Add-ons” tab in the left side menu.
- Click on the “+ Create add-on” button.
- Specify whether the service should be bookable for public and/ or group dates.
❗Consider here whether the service can only be booked for the entire group (only possible for group dates) or also for individual people in the course. - Define the title for this add-on and enter a description of what the add-on includes.
- Select the add-on type from the drop-down menu, e.g., drinks, food pairing etc.
- Set the gross price for this additional service.
- Define the minimum number of people for whom this add-on must be booked.
- Select the course to which the service can be added. You can also select multiple courses.
- Lastly, you can upload a product image to match the service.
- Change the status to “Published” as soon as you have finished editing.
- Don't forget to save :) The add-on is now published and can be booked.
You can also deactivate add-ons at any time if required.
How can I add add-ons to a course?
You can add add-ons to one or more courses directly during the creation process.
Alternatively, you can also add add-ons to courses at any time via the course editing and, of course, remove them again.
- To do this, go to the “My Classes” menu item in your partner area.
- Select the relevant course and click on the “Edit” field.
- Go to step 3 “Information Summary” of the course editing.
- Here, move the toggle for “Do you wish to offer and add-on products?” to 'Yes'.
- Use the arrow and the drop-down menu to select the add-ons you would like to offer for this course.
- You can also use this box to remove the add-ons again if required.
- Don't forget to save. The add-ons are now published and can be added to your dates.
How can add-ons be booked?
The add-ons are offered to the customer directly when booking a date and can be selected there and then added to the shopping cart and booked together with the tickets.
Please note that add-ons can only be booked if dates are available!
